COVID Policies for In-Person Classes
As we are all too familiar at this point, the COVID situation is ever-changing. We at Voice of a Warrior take the safety of our participants and instructors very seriously. In order to ensure everyone's safety and comfort, we are implementing the following COVID-related policies for all in-person workshops. Our policies may be stricter than the current state, local, or federal mandates require, and we reserve the right to adjust them at any time.
If you have any questions about these policies, please reach out to us.
If you have any questions about these policies, please reach out to us.
- Proof of vaccination and booster are required prior to participation in any in-person workshop.
- Masks will be required to be worn during workshops, including those hosted in outdoor settings. We ask that you please provide your own mask, as we cannot guarantee that we will have extras on hand.
- If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, or have had recent known contact with a COVID-positive individual, we ask that you please notify us and not attend class for 14 days following exposure or onset of symptoms. If you are unable to attend class, we can provide materials for you to review at home if you wish. If any payments were made prior to a class that must be missed for COVID-related reasons, we will refund them.
- We reserve the right to cancel individual workshops or full series as necessitated by local case numbers, positivity rate, and/or other metrics. In the event of a cancellation, 24 hour notice will be given prior to the workshop, and any materials planned to be used for that workshop will be made available digitally as PowerPoint slideshows and/or instructional videos. Refunds will be given if 3 or more classes (out of 5) are canceled due to COVID.
